The Ledge Retreat is a two-story freshly
remodeled and newly furnished contemporary
home nestled against a striking granite
bluff rising from a Long Island salt marsh. |

lower level includes
a fully equipped kitchen, with all
new appliances and dining bar overlooking
a sitting room/library, with cable/dvd
and stereo. This level also has a full bath
and living/dining room
opening to a
private natural deck with patio
furniture, gas grill and
spectacular views of
the granite bluff.
The upper level has two large bedrooms and
two full baths, plus a
yoga/meditation room. The master
bedroom has a queen-size bed, private deck,
air conditioning, and bath. The second
bedroom has a full bed
(plus couch/futon), with water views
and is adjacent to another full bath.

cable, dvd, iPod ready stereo and local
telephone service.
A lovely public park, with sand beach,
picnic areas and a fishing pier is within
walking distance.
